Customer Information Update Time!

Hello GPC Customers-

Gas Production Company, Inc. is excited to announce we are upgrading our computer system. Our goal is that these changes will make your experience as easy and efficient as possible.

What does this mean for you?

  1. We will have the ability to text you both before and after a delivery has been made, and before and after service has been completed.
  2. No more paper invoices (unless requested). We will have the ability to email you your invoice after service has been provided.
  3. Order and pay for your LP online via our website: gasproductioncompany.com
  4. More accurate account information is readily available for our drivers and service technicians, such as your prices, credit on your account, and the amount that you owe.
  5. Customer Portal for direct online access to your account (feature will be available sometime in 2024).

What we need from you….

  1. Your primary E-mail, as well as your primary mobile phone number and other up-to-date account information. For us to better serve you and keep you up to date on current specials, promotions, and information, we are asking you to fill out this form and mail it back or scan/take a picture of it and attach it to an e-mail and e-mail it back to us at: info@gasproductioncompany.com.
  2. Opt into our brand-new text messaging system. By opting into our new text messaging system, we can keep you updated on current customer specials, promotions, etc. If you do not wish to receive these types of text messages, you DO NOT have to opt in. You still will receive messages regarding your propane delivery status as well as service status, as we feel it’s important to keep you informed up to the minute with the status of your tank.

This is an exciting time for us here at GPC.  We will continue to carry on our focus, which is customer safety and service being our top priority.  This new system will help us better serve you and advance our company to the next level of customer service.
